With Lemonade, your price for personal insurance appears while you answer. Broker quotes for personal cover usually come back within one business day; business and specialist programmes depend on the information we receive.
02What is Lemonade Insure?
Lemonade Insure is Westwood’s digital-first service for personal insurance. You get your price and buy online, and the same Westwood people are there whenever you want to talk — about your cover, a change or a claim. Policies are arranged by Westwood (FSP 16726) and underwritten by New National Assurance Company (FSP 2603).
03Does a quote commit me to anything?
No. Quotes are free and without obligation. If you accept, we handle the switch — including cancelling your existing policy correctly so there is no gap in cover.
04Will you really compare insurers?
Yes — that is the point of an independent broker. Westwood places business across the major South African insurers and recommends on cover, not only on price.
